Who can judge someone’s quality and degree of faith?
Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS ) has objection and strongly opposses the vice president candidacy of Boediono by Partai Demokrat. The reason is that Boediono does not represent Islam and his faith in Islam is not to the satisfaction level of PKS. It strange, what kind of Islam does have to represented more? All president and vice ppresident candidate are all Islam in their religion. They do all Islamic religion in prayer. Nobody can measure the faith of somebody. That is not the territory of human. That is the territory of Allah.

Indonesia Petroleum Association : The 33rd Annual Convention
Today, the Indonesian Petroleum Association holds its 33rd annual Convention Jakarta Convention Jakarta. The convention will be in the period of 5th – 7th May 2009. The convention was officially opened by Presiden of Republic of Indonesia Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono today at around 2.30 PM. The opening ceremony was rescheduled from morning time to afternoon time since the President had to finish his ADB meeting in Bali. Eventhough, the convention activities has started in the morning especially the technical session.
I took several notes during the technical session and some meeting with the petroleum proffesional who attended the convention. Mr. Qoyum Tjandranegara proposed that the Indonesian energy policy should use more gas for domestic rather than for exporting. Gas energy is cheap, clean and abundant in Indonesia compare to oil base energy. Exporting gas will not give significant revenue to indonesia, since it is cheap energy. It would be beneficial to Indonesia if the gas is widely use in Indonesia to replace oil base energy and exporting the oil. The problem is that the gas base energy industrial infrastructure is not ready yet, but the cost to build the infrastructure will be cheaper the domestic oil price subsidy.

The main component of a company is people. People is the main resources for a company to survive. So recruiting and retaining a good people become a key for the the life and the growth of a company. If we can get the right people onto our team, and if we then give them the freedom to think and be creative, they can work magic. Yet good people are in short supply. The competition for the top talent is already stiff. Within the next ten years, it will become more intense.
